From first look to the doorstep
Pick something and open its page
Every item has its own page with the price, a spec table and a plain description. If it can be ordered, the page lists the countries it is delivered to, each one with a link to a page in the local language and the local price.
Leave three details
Your name, your phone number and your address. There is no account to open and no card number to type.
Answer the phone
Our desk rings the number you left, usually within a working day, and reads back the item, the address and the exact amount. Anything that is wrong gets fixed on that call. If nobody can reach you, nothing is packed.
Pay when the parcel is in your hands
We hand the parcel over within one to two working days of the call, and it is on the road for three to seven more, depending on the country. You look at the box, then give the courier the cash.
